The pneumatic pumps DP41 are suitable for transferring medium viscosity oil (i.e.: engine oil, hydraulic oil, diesel oil) at medium distance. Available with different suction pipes lengths and ideal for application on trolley or wall mounted and tank installation. The DOUBLE EFFECT pumping system operating on the whole range ensures a constant delivery of oil. The pneumatic double-cylinder motor, besides its compact size and sturdiness, offers a simple mechanical construction as well as a good functionality.
The pneumatic pumps DP61 are suitable for transferring medium-high viscosity oil (i.e.: differential and gearbox oil) at medium-high distance. |

Tanks to the high compression ratio, using the proper cover and follower plate, model DPM121 gives great results also transferring grease at low-medium distances. These oil dispensing kits differ for the pump to choose according to the fluid density and for the trolley which can be fitted with two or four wheels.

All kits can be supplied in the "SC" version without trolley.

These kits are suitable for the transfer of oil from 180/200 kg drums and differ for the pump, chosen according to the fluid density. Versions with digital or mechanical flow meter handle and without trolley are available.

The sturdy trolley with four large wheels is arranged for the installation of any hose reel of the FAICOM range with 10, 15 or 20 m hose length. The version “AV” is specific for the installation of hose reels and includes a 2 meter connection hose. Minimized packing dimensions.

The kit KP41OILSPI, wall mounted, is suitable for 1000 litres IBC tanks and includes a powder coated steel panel which supports the pump, the probes, the hose and the suction valve.
It is adaptable to different types of tanks and, if necessary can be quickly dismounted.
Fluid suction is carried out by the pump directly from the tank valve through the flexible hose and a connection fitting.
Kit is also available with adjustable bracket plate for hose reel assembly.

The second unit consists of a mobile oil reservoir, supplied with filling funnel and suitable for distributing all kinds of oils. Both versions are supplied with a 5 m hose. Hose reel version is fitted with a 2 m connection hose. Hose reel and flow meter handle are not included and must be ordered separately. |

These kits are suitable for the transfer of oil in tanks or 180-200 kg drums and differ for the pump adopted.
The kits do not include the hose reel that can be chosen among FAICOM models with hose length from 10 to 30 m.
The hose connecting the pump to the hose reel is 2 m.
