Waste oil drain / suction units

Mobile suction units are suitable for gravity draining of engine, gearbox and differential oil or draining oil from engines through the dip stick hole by pneumatic suction. Inflating valve enables oil discharge from the tank with pneumatic air and safety valve ensures that pressure never exceeds 0.5 bar. The pressure gauge indicates the air pressure in the tank (only for ZRAV90). Telescopic steel drain bowl rotates 360° and is fitted with removable large diameter antisplash funnel for filters draining. |

Vacuum is generated by a Venturi system and oil is drained from the engine through suction probes. A vacuum gauge mounted on the Venturi allows to check the suction power.
Drain / suction units can be fitted with transparent viewer (ZRAV) or not (ZRA). Once depressurised units work autonomously without being connected to the airline carrying out several oil changes.
All models are fitted with fixed wheels on the front and castor wheels on the back. Steel flanged front wheels are always supplied with 90 litres models and as optional on the 65 litres. Drain / suction units are supplied in carton boxes partially disassembled in order to take minimum space in shipment and stock.

Model ZRA90DP41NKR is also used for pneumatic suction of waste oil from engines directly through the dipstick hole. Both versions are equipped with a pneumatic pump, which is used for tank discharging by flexible hose and a quick coupling connection. For model ZRA90DP41NKR oil suction is carried out by the pneumatic pump too. In this case the pump outlet hose must be connected to the unit tank for discharging the oil extracted through suction probes. The pump is fitted with a filter to retain the impurity and for the model ZRA90DP41NKR is provided with a vacuum gauge for checking the vacuum level during suction operation. Telescopic collection bowl rotates 360° and is fitted with removable large diameter anti splash funnel for filters draining. Units are fitted with steel flanged fixed wheels on the front and castor wheels on the back. All units are supplied in carton boxes partially disassembled in order to take minimum space in shipment and stock. |
